Cosmetic Services
Our surgical fees are competitive with those of area cosmetic surgeons. You will receive a written cosmetic fee quotation at the time the procedure is scheduled. Prescription and lab charges are not included in this fee. And, if you wish to add procedures after your initial quote, there may be additional surgeon, facility and/or anesthesia fees.
In most cases, cosmetic surgery is not provided as an insurance benefit. We require fees for your cosmetic surgery be paid in full two weeks prior to surgery. You may pay for your procedure by personal check or credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
We offer payment financing through Care Credit. We participate with the 24,36,48 and 60 months plans. Please visit their site for more information and to apply for financing.
Insurance Covered Services
APS participates in most major health insurance plans, including a variety of HMO and PPO programs. Our staff will assist you with procedures where predetermination of benefits is required or if hospital pre-certification is needed in the case of an inpatient stay.
