Blinc is the original mascara invented to form tiny water-resistant “tubes” aruond your lashes. Once applied, the tubes bind to your lashes and cannot run, smudge, clump, or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes.

Since blinc is not a cosmetic paint like conventional liners, it cannot fade, smudge, run or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes.

Developed by blinc to complement blinc mascara, it provides a greater base of volume and length for your lashes, prior to applying your mascara.
